When the Writ Petition came up for "final hearing", the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent University has permitted the petitioner college in the Counselling from 17th July 2012 for the August 2012 Batch of DNS with a remark that "subject to final approval of the college by DG Shipping" vide letter dated 17.07.2012. Therefore, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.
