This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and her husband on the basis of the complaint dated 28.02.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is the victim in the complaint lodged by the father of the petitioner in Crime No.57 of 2024. Hence, the petitioner is required for enquiry.

3. In the view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for the conclusion of the enquiry. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
