Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue a Joint Patta in respect of property ad measuring 0.50 Cents comprised in Punjai Survey No.166/9, Valluvapakkam Village, Walajabad Taluk, Kancheepuram District by including petitioner's name along with her brother's name namely

(1) Vijayaragavan and (2) Jayaraman.

Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case pleaded by the petitioner before this Court, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2020, on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with law, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and other persons who are interested, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
