This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Karur and report before the Karur Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is duly complying the condition imposed on him by this Court. He would submit that since the petitioner is belonged to a very poor and downtrodden family, he is unable to meet his daily expenses to comply with the condition as stated supra. Moreover, now he is staying at Karur Bus stand as he has no ways and means to stay either at lodge or in any of his friend's house. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far, the petitioner has complied the condition for the period of 17 days and now the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.3677 of 2023 dated 20.02.2023 is relaxed.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
