The present application has been filed to permit the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakh only) to Mr.Ananthakrushnan, Advocate, towards his fee and expenses incurred for preparation, filing, appearing and conducting the proceedings in Application Nos. 333 to 336 of 2015 & 238 and 239 of 2017 in E.P.No. 5 of 2019 in Application No. 335 of 2015 and for drafting the sale deed.
2. In the report of the Official Assignee, it has been stated that S.Arjunlal Sunderdas was adjudicated as insolvent on a creditor's petition, by the order of this Court dated 21.04.2014 in I.P.No.25 of 2014. Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan, learned counsel has been engaged by the Official Assignee, for conducting the applications. The said Advocate has claimed a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- towards advocate fees for having attended the case proceedings since 2015 and taken our application Nos.333 to 336 of 2015, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Application is allowed as prayed for, by permitting the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- as legal fees and expenses to the counsel Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan.
