Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. by its order dated 12.10.2018 in Crl.MP.No.13784 of 2018 in Crl.MP.NO.4774 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.194 of 2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PALANINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13784 of 2018 in Crl. M.P.No.4774 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.194 of 2017 dated 11.12.2019. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once three months due to pandemic situation. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
