This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3 imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 12.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.18972 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15756 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19037 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the conditions imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
