Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time that Para 6 the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of seven days in order dated 02.03.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.4840 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.T.S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 02.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4840 of 2022 to surrender and execute the sureties.
