This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.11 of 2021 in Competent Court within stipulated period.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.11 of 2021 on 14.12.2021, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the case has been transferred to Madurai Police Station on point of jurisdiction.

4. In such view of the matter, there cannot be any direction against the respondent Police. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
