O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to accept the change in the cause title to file the present Letters Patent Appeal against the impugned judgment of the learned Judge in (T) CMA (TM) No.193 of 2023 dated 21.08.2025 stating that the appellant in those proceedings which was instituted two years back, was represented by Mr.Antony Sebastian K., Executive Director authorized vide Power of Attorney dated 18.04.2017 and being a Senior Board Member and considering his advanced age, Mr.Antorny Sebastian K., may not be in a position to travel and appear in person before this Court if required and

therefore, Mr. Antony Sebastian K., has been substituted by Ms.Jasleen Kaur who is duly authorised vide Power of Attorney dated 15.11.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the above reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
