ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1508 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station, everyday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1508 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
