Mr.V.Venkataramani, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent, placing on record a proceeding dated 09.05.2016 issued by the Executive Officer/respondent herein, has submitted that the representation being considered.

vga 2.In reply, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking a positive direction to pay the subsistence allowance during the period of suspension, finding no response on the representation, this Court had directed the respondent to pass orders by disposing of the representation given by the petitioner to pay the subsistence allowance.

3.Since the above said order dated 09.05.2016 has been passed by the respondent, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
