ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Petitioner was appointed as a drawing teacher on 04.06.2007 by the 5th respondent school, a minority educational institution. Petitioner was appointed in the vacancy caused due to the retirement of a teacher. The school sent proposals as early as on 04.08.2008. Thereafter, it was again resubmitted on 09.01.02013. A representation was also made by the school dated 25.09.2014 to approve the appointment of the petitioner so as to get grant. But no order is passed. Hence the present writ petition.

3. Since the petitioner was appointed in regular vacancy, I am of the view that the petitioner is entitled to a direction as sought for in the writ petition. Writ petition is allowed. No costs.
