This petition has been filed to modify the condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned Session Judge Court under (POSCO Act) Chennai, Chennai District, order dated 29.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28955 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28955 of 2023 by an order dated 29.01.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond together with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge (Special Court under POSCO Act Cases), Chennai.
