This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.25 of 2021 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No.814/2023 on the file of the Special Court for CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
