Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on a complaint given by the counter party, in Cr.No.128 of 2015, the petitioner herein is A.3 and as a counter blast, the petitioner has preferred the present complaint.
