O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to directing the respondent police authorities to give police protection for the eviction proceedings at the time of evicting the respondent L.Rajeswari within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen that there is dispute between the landlord and the tenant. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondent seeking for police protection. Since the same was not considered, hence, the present petition is filed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the respondent. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry between the petitioner and the counter part and pass necessary orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
