ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1428 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06:30 p.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1428 of 2025, dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed. 4.
