ORDER
The order passed in the Writ Petition was only for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2023, wherein, he had sought for settlement of his retirement benefits.
2. After notice, the learned standing counsel for Transport Corporation produced a copy of the respondent's letter dated 20.02.2024, rejecting the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2023. She has also produced a copy of the acknowledgment whereby, the petitioner's representation has been replied.
3. It is only after a receipt of the respondent's communication, the present Contempt Petition has been filed. Thus, the petitioner's representation having been considered and a communication received by the petitioner herein, I do not find any disobedience to the order passed in the Writ Petition.
