ORDER
To quash the case in crime No. 8 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed. 1/4
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in this case, this Court has granted interim direction to the first respondent not to take any coercive action against the petitioner. However, the first respondent has completed the investigation and filed the final report. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the interim direction has not been extended further and not intimated. In any event, having completed the investigation, the final report filed and the same was taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode, in C.C.No.172 of 2023. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
