O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willfully disobeying the orders passed in W.P.No.11884 of 2020, dated 26.11.2021 to sanction pension from the date of retirement on 30.04.2016 and the balance other terminal benefits not settled to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Cheque bearing No.040377, drawn at State Bank of India, for Rs.2,64,411/, is handed over to the petitioner, being part of the payment which are payable to the petitioner in the writ petition. He would also submit that the remaining outstanding amount shall also be paid in due course of time.

3. The respondents are directed to pay the remaining amount within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
