This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 3373 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 31320 of 2022 dated 07.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 08.03.2023 to till date without fail and he is ready to appear as and when required. Hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions and the final report is made ready and the same is yet to be filed. 1/3

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in in Crl.M.P.No. 3373 of 2023 in Cr.O.P.No.31320 of 2022 dated 07.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the trial court for every hearing regularly without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
