Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner M/s.Singaram Pillai School Society for the lands comprised in Old.R.S.No.249/3A1B and 249/4, corresponding T.S.No.34 in Block No.3 of Villivakkam Village, Aminjikarai Taluk, measuring 20 grounds 1512 sq.ft. (Twenty Grounds, One Thousand Five Hundred and Twelve) covered by the above said Assignment Orders issued by the Government.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner M/s.Singaram Pillai School Society for the lands comprised in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Old.R.S.No.249/3A1B and 249/4, corresponding T.S.No.34 in Block No.3 of Villivakkam Village, Aminjikarai Taluk, measuring 20 grounds 1512 sq.ft. (Twenty Grounds, One Thousand Five Hundred and Twelve) covered by the above said Assignment Orders issued by the Government.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2018 and, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Further, the petitioner is at liberty to produce all the documents in support of his claim before the second respondent.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
