2.There is a delay of 331 days in preferring the criminal revision, which was ordered to be condoned by this Court on condition of payment of 50% of the arrears of maintenance amount on or before 27.06.2018. There is no affidavit of proof which is filed by the petitioner for compliance of the conditional order passed by this Court.
