This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the entries of name transfer in favour of the fourth respondent and also hypothecation in favour of fifth respondent from their records as well as in the online like Mparivahan App and restore the R.C. Book in the original owner's name, the third respondent herein in respect of Vehicle -Car (LMV) Registration Number TN 10 AS 0874. 2.

Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the change of name, the enquiry has been conducted, notice also issued to the petitioner, the petitioner also appeared before the respondents and produced the necessary documents and only the order is awaited. 2/4

In such view of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to pass an order on the basis of the enquiry conducted by them, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
