Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in relation to the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.906/A2/2015 dated 21.09.2015 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to employ the petitioner as a Secondary Grade Teacher in re-employment period for a period from 01.07.2015 to 31.05.2016 in third respondent-School with service and monetary benefits.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the original writ petitioner died. However, based on the interim order, the salary for the re-employment period had been settled in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased employee.

2. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
