This application has been filed by the applicant to receive the copy of the sale deed dated 03.08.2016 as defendant side document in the suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that as they got the certified copy of the sale deed very recently, they could not file the same at the time filing their written statement and the delay in filing the document is neither wilful nor wanton.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants that in view of the no objection of the respondent in allowing this application, this application is Ordered and the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.
