.. Respondents The writ petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying, for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 5.3.2014, favorably, forthwith.

2 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 5.3.2014, and pass appropriate orders thereon.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the first respondent. Paragraphs 10,11 and 14 of the said counter affidavit read as follows :
"10.It is respectfully submit that the institution vide its letter dated 08.01.2013 had requested this respondent to permit them to change the name of their Trust from "Rajapalayam Deivanaiammal Trust" as "Sri Angalamman Trust", without the change in the address of the Trust. 11.It is further submitted that the above request of the petitioner was placed before SRC in its 247th Meeting held on 20th - 22nd June, 2013 and the committee considered the matter and decided to permit the change of name of the TRUST from "Rajapalayam Deivaniammal Trust" to "Sri Angalamman Trust", subject to no changes in the location of the institution, Character/Structure/Nature of management and other usual conditions and the same was intimated to the petitioner vide this respondent office letter dated 27.08.2013.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 14.It is further respectfully submitted that the SRC had sent a letter to the Institution on 5.9.2014 to submit the revised FDRs - Fixed Deposit Receipt for which the Institution on 10.10.2014 had submitted the same old FDRs, stating that they had not changed the Joint Account of FDRs from "Rajapalayam Deivanaiammal Trust" to "Sri Angalamman Trust" and further this Respondent SRC had sent a letter dated 12.11.2014 seeking for the necessary explanation for not complying with this Respondent direction and that had further directed the Institution to submit the Original Revised FDRs, as required by this Respondent."
In view of the averments made in the above mentioned paragraphs, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. However, it may be open to the
petitioner to submit the revised Fixed Deposit Receipts, as required by the first respondent, by his communication, dated 12.11.2014.
