The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.04.2016 passed in WMP.No.13885 of 2016 in WP.No.16082 of 2016. http://www.judis.nic.in

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the applicant/ proposed respondent in Sub Appln.No.103/2017, viz., M.Thirugnanasambandan, submitted a copy of the Minutes of the School Committee of the Gopalapuram Boys' Higher Secondary School held on 30th January, 2016 at the Registered office of the Society.

3. In view of the School Committee resolving that suitable order of promotion will be issued by the Secretary, in the event of any revised order being received from the Director of School Education and also taking note of the fact that M.Thirugnanasambandan, applicant / proposed respondent in Sub Appln.No.103 of 2017, is permitted to function as PG Assistant (Physics), subject to the result of the writ petition, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
