ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 18.03.2015 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.395 of 2015 on the complaint given by the petitioner and the petitioner is not-co-operating with the respondent-Police to conduct an enquiry.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel, the petitioner is hereby directed to co-operate with the respondentPolice during the course of enquiry and the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.395 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
