This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2823 of 2023 by order dated 08.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.133 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned II Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai on 23.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
