ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in para 3 of the order of this Court in Crl.MP.No.23006 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.28381 of 2025 dated 02.12.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court n Crl.MP.No.23006 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.28381 of 2025 dated 02.12.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
