ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to conduct further investigation and include all the offences committed by the accused as stated in the complaint dated 29.11.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the life certificate of the petitioner has been forged and there was an attempt to execute the power of attorney. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that no life certificate of the petitioner is available. Without availability of the documents, no investigation could be carried out with regard to the forgery. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He further submitted that the investigation would be completed within a period of three months.

5.With regard to the inclusion of the other offences, the 3rd respondent Police is to be considered if there is any material is available.

6.In view of the above, the 3rd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
