This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 417 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard both sides.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs. Hence, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondents, within a period of two weeks and on such payment, the delay is condoned.
