O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner who is seeking for cancellation of sale deed. 2.

The case of the petitioners is that two sale deeds have been created by the contesting respondents and therefore a complaint has been given to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and to pass orders. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate direction.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner, after hearing the petitioner and respondents 5 to 12 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with a copy of this order. The second respondent shall fix the date for enquiry and issue notice both to the petitioners as well as respondents 5 to 12.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
