2,00,000/- which were appropriated by encashing the Bank Guarantee no. 9 dated 28.03.2011 and bank Guarantee No. 02/2013-14 dated 01.06.2013 executed by the Petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.Hari Radhakrishnan (in all Wps) For Respondents : M/s.V.Sudha, SPC (in all Wps) COMMON ORDER Till date steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner.

2. This Court by its order dated 06.06.2025 had passed the following order:- "

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is dead. He seeks time to take steps to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

2.Post these matters on 11.07.2025. If steps are not taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner before the next hearing date, these petitions shall stand dismissed as abated automatically."

3. Since the steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner till date in accordance with the aforesaid order, these writ petitions are dismissed as abated.
