This petition is filed to condone the delay of days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal.

2. Though the respondent has entered appearance through her counsel, today when the matter is called, there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through counsel. Hence, the respondent is called absent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 260 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
