O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.203 of 2019 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Thiruvannamalai or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and to file a final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the case was registered in Crime No.203 of 2019 under Section 174 of Crl.P.C. Now, the investigation almost completed and they are about to file a final report in Crime No.203 of 2019.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the 1st respondent is also directed to monitor the investigation done by the 2nd respondent and to ensure that the 2nd respondent has obeyed the order passed by this court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
