ORDER

This Court, by interim order dated 23.09.2016 in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in

W.P.No.11249 of 2014, has directed the respondents to give approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 3rd respondent-School, pending disposal of the main writ petition and to pay salary, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondents, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this court has been complied with by the respondent. The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
