The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sec.420 I.P.C. in Crime No.810 of 2021 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for intervenor, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appeared and there is no representation on behalf of petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
