..Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action to lay the Illuppanatham to Navalur Panchayat gravel road from the petitioner's place in Vadakku Kadu, Illlupanatham Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District on the basis of his latest representation dated 20.01.2014, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the Road in the particular area mentioned in the representation by the writ petitioner has not been properly maintained by the competent authorities. On account of such non maintenance, the Farmers of that locality is unable to transport their agricultural produces. Thus, the writ petitioner has submitted a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation to the District Collector on 20.01.2014. Though certain improvements were made thereafter, still the petitioner finds it difficult on account of non-maintenance of the roads by the authorities.
2.In this view of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.01.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.
