(CRIME NO.6/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. in Crl.OP.No.31675/2019 dated 05.12.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEEPANUDAY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 05.12.2019, made in Crl.OP.No.31675 of 2019.

1. Heard both sides.

3 It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 05.12.2019. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
