Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of interim Injunction restraining the 2nd Respondent Association from functioning or operating as a society (in WMP.No.7256/2022) pending disposal of this writ petition 7233/2022.

The present petition has been filed seeking interim relief. The relief sought for in this petition is akin to the relief sought for in the main Writ Petition. Therefore, granting relief herein would be nothing but giving relief in the main Writ Petition which cannot be granted.
