This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am. Until charge sheet is filed by order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Crl.Mp.No.17635 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.14746 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified, to that effect, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e.

Saturday at 10.30 a.m. till filing of charge sheet and thereafter, they shall appear before the trial Court for every hearings.
