The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side)states that the case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.61 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w.4 of the TNPHW Act.

3. In view of the same, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein to file appropriate petition incorporating the relevant particulars.
