Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to restore the electricity service connection vide Electricity Service Connection Nos.017-004-70 & 017-004-652 to the petitioners premises situated at No.13/26, Dr.Ambedkar Nagar Third Street, Korukkupet, Chennai 600 021 immediately and pass further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper.

This writ petition has been filed to restore the electricity service connection vide Electricity Service Connection Nos.017-004-70 & 017-004-652 to the petitioner's premises situated at No.13/26, Dr.Ambedkar Nagar Third Street, Korukkupet, Chennai 600 021 immediately.
2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation submitted that the 2nd respondent has already issued a notice to the petitioner directing the petitioner to pay the pending dues towards https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consumption of electricity in two connections and only thereafter, electricity will be restored. The learned counsel submitted that till then the respondents are not intending to restore the electricity connection. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not aware about the notice. 4.A copy of the notice has been served on the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 5.In view of the above, no orders can be passed in the present writ petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the letter issued to her by the 2nd respondent, she has to workout her remedy in accordance with law.
6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
