ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to transfer the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner, based on his online application, dated 15.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's online application, dated 15.02.2026 as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application. Page No.2 of 4

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application, dated 15.02.2026 seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
