This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Sathuvachari Police Station everyday at 6.30 pm. Until further order except on the dates of court hearing before the trial court and however, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction limits of the Chengam Polcie Station until further orders imposed in Para o.8(c) and (d) of the order passed in Crl.OP.no.27563 of 2023 dated 07.12.2023 in Cr.No.9 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified, to that effect, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. For a period of 10 days and thereafter, he shall appear before the trial Court for every hearings.
