Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 2.
During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed additional typed set of papers containing the proceedings No.010/AU/UCE - Nagercoil/CCC/EC1/2021 dated 22.10.2021 issued by the respondent-University. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been absorbed in respondent-University with effect from 08.07.2014 by proceedings dated 22.10.2021. Learned counsel further submitted that in view of the proceedings dated 22.10.2021 issued by the respondent-University, this writ petition can be closed, with a liberty to challenge the action of the respondent for not giving effect from 01.08.2012 to the petitioner.

Having heard the submissions of the respective counsels and on perusal of the proceedings dated 22.10.2021 of the respondent-University, in my considered opinion, this writ petition can be closed, granting liberty to the petitioner. 5.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary. With liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the competent Court to ventilate her grievance with regard to the date of absorption in the respondent-University, if so adviced.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 7.
There shall be no order as to costs.
