The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's candidature for the post of Sanitary worker/Sweeper in the available vacancies based on his representation dated 20.01.2020 made to the respondents and pass orders.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted before this Court that the representation dated 20.01.2020 submitted by the petitioner has been considered and disposed of by the 4th respondent, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Liberty is 2/4

granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 4th respondent, if so advised.
